Four
wooden tables with table lamps are placed in a row. There
is a laud-speaker on each table. The loudspeakers are
placed like plates (with the membrane facing up) and are
filled with water. At each table a different sound can be
heard.
As one
hears the artist talking or making vocal sounds the
vibration of the loudspeakers membrane is turned
into the waves on the water surface. The relationship
between the meaning of what is heard and the wave pattern
may be observed.
